    • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed or embroidered products) are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards.
    • Final sale items.
